To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, applications may only be submitted in a form in which the applicant’s identity can be identified (digitally signed or personally signed at the office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 calendar days.

We treat the request for termination of data processing as a statement of termination of the loyalty agreement.

Security

All personal data of the customer that has become known during the visit to the website and the conclusion of contracts will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel ensures the security of the personal data of the person visiting the website.
